I think I need to get my vertical higher in order to be more explosive. My highest beep test is 12.5 but I only got a 9, I was going a little fast in the beginning which made me a it tired for the rest of it. My body press can be inproved a lot just by trying to push myself a little more. I should have got a 1:50 on the body bridge but only went for a minute. The T-test I did pretty good but could've shuffled faster. The sit and reach I got a 4 which I thought i could get a 5 but I was wrong. Overall I think my fitness level is doing ok.
